摘要
为了研究机电产品研发过程中对于以圆柱螺旋弹簧为代表的典型通用零件的设计活动重复开展效率低下问题,文中以圆柱螺旋弹簧按使用要求的自动化设计建模为目标提出了功能驱动的圆柱螺旋弹簧3D零件库的概念及其实现的基本结构和关键问题,并从弹簧功能参数的定义以及功能参数驱动的设计流程和自动化设计建模程序层面研究了对应的实现技术.软件测试结果表明:文中提出的理论方法可从设计知识有效重用层面为不同领域产品中典型通用零件自动化设计系统及零件库系统的开发提供新的方法.
Aim at the inefficient re-design problem occurred in the design process of many typical parts, such as cylindrical helical spring, the conception and the basic structure of the function driven cylindrical helical spring 3D part library are proposed in order to design the cylindrical helical spring automatically according to its usage requirements. Then the corresponding implementation technology, such as the definition of the function parameters, the function driven cylindrical helical spring design process, the automatic design and modeling program are researched. The methods provided in the paper bring a new way to develop the automatic design system or 3D part library of the mechanical and electrical products through the effective reusing of the design data and knowledge.
