摘要
解放战争后期,大城市的接管工作成为中国共产党迈向执政的重要过渡。上海在近代以来的发展奠定了它在政治、经济地位上的重要性和特殊性。为了完整而平稳地实现对上海的城市接管,中共进行了周密的准备和安排。然而,面对陌生的城市环境、急剧变迁的社会,以及中国共产党自身的转型,这场接管充斥着各种新的情况和新的矛盾。为了顺利实现接管,新政权不可避免进行着各种适应、斗争,甚至妥协。
At the later stage of War of Liberation,to take over the big cities was of great importance for Communist Party of China to become the party in power.The modern development of Shanghai lays the foundations of the significance and particularity of its political and economic status.In order to completely and smoothly take over Shanghai,Communist Party of China made thorough preparation and arrangement.However,with unfamiliar city environment,sharply changing society and the transition of CPC,the takeover needed to face new situation and new contradiction.Under such a circumstance,the new regime was inevitably confronted with various adaptations,combats and even compromises.
