摘要
基于聚氨酯软管的使用环境,模拟地面尖锐物体对聚氨酯软管的划伤,研究软管的抗划伤性能,可为新材料的研究开发提供可靠的试验数据和研究方向,从而改进聚氨酯软管内外胶层的生产工艺,提高聚氨酯软管的抗划伤性能。
Based on the use environment to simulate a sharp object to scratch the surface of polyurethane hose, the paper studies the scratch resistance properties the hose. Such studies can provide reliable experimental data and research directions for research and development of new materials, thus improving manufacturing processes of internal and external layer of polyurethane hose, improveing the scratch resistance properties of polyurethane hose.
