摘要
目的探讨针对功能失调性子宫出血患者采用桂枝茯苓丸配伍炔诺酮片治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月—2014年6月收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者116例,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各58例,对照组患者仅采用炔诺酮片治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合应用桂枝茯苓丸。比较两组患者用药治疗后的临床效果,并进行统计学处理分析。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为94.8%,对照组患者治疗后的临床总有效率为75.9%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对功能失调性子宫出血患者采用桂枝茯苓丸配伍炔诺酮片治疗可显著改善其月经异常症状,促进疾病治愈。
Objective To study clinical effect of bolus of cassia twig tuckahoe combined with norethindrone for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods From June 2012 to June 2012, 116 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 58 cases in each group. 58 cases in the control group patients took norethindrone only. The cases in the observation group were treated with norethindrone and bolus of cassia twig tuckahoe. Compare the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment, and analyze statistics. Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 94.8%, and 75.9% for the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistically significant （ P〈0.05） . Conclusion For the patients with dys-functional uterine bleeding, the bolus of cassia twig tuckahoe combined with norethindrone treatment can significantly improve its abnor-mal menstrual symptoms, and promote disease cure.
