摘要
目的探究小儿消化不良脾虚夹积证采用消食消胀汤治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我科于2013年10月—2014年10月收治的消化不良脾虚夹积证患儿72例,根据来我科就诊时间分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组采用吗丁啉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用消食消胀汤治疗,观察比较两组患儿临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果观察组患儿治愈30例,显效3例,有效2例,无效1例,治疗总有效率为97.2%(35/36);对照组患儿治愈18例,显效7例,有效5例,无效6例,治疗总有效率为83.3%(30/36);两组患儿治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿均未出现恶心呕吐、腹胀、头晕等不良反应,患儿依从性好。结论采用消食消胀汤治疗小儿消化不良脾虚夹积证,能够有效减轻患儿临床症状,治疗总有效率高,不良反应少,临床疗效显著。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoshi Xiaozhang Decoction in the treatment of pedo dyspepsia spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods 72 cases with pedo dyspepsia spleen deficiency syndrome in our hospital from October 2013 to October were divided into control group and observation group according to visiting time. Each group had 36 cases. The control group was treated with dom- peridone. Based on the control group, the observation group used Xiaoshi Xiaozhang Decoction. The curative effect and adverse reaction were observed. Results In the observation group, 30 cases were cured, 3 cases markedly effective, effective 2 cases, and invalid 1 case, the total effective rate was 97.2% （35/36） . In the control group, 18 cases were cured, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective 5 cases, and invalid 6 cases, the total effective rate was 83.3% （30/36） . The total effectiveness comparisons of the two groups had statistics sig- nificance （P〈 0.05） . Adverse reaction of nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, dizziness and so on are not appeared in the two groups of children. The children had good compliance. Conclusion Using Xiaoshi Xiaozhang Decoction in the treatment of pedo dyspep- sia spleen deficiency syndrome can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms. It has high total effective rate, less adverse reactions, and re- markable clinical curative effect.
