摘要
目的研究益气化瘀补肾治疗腰椎间盘突出的效果。方法选取2012年9月—2013年9月在我院接受治疗腰椎间盘突出的患者146例,采用随机对照的方法,对益气化瘀补肾法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效进行评价,将146例患者随机分为两组,观察组患者73例,对照组患者73例,观察组患者采用中药益气化瘀补肾法进行治疗,对照组患者采用口服西乐葆同时口服甲钴胺片的方法进行治疗。术后对两组患者进行4~12周随访,然后对其总有效率进行比较。结果观察组患者总有效率为72.60%,对照组患者总有效率为69.86%。两组数据差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论益气化瘀补肾的治疗效果与西乐葆合甲钴胺的治疗效果相当。两种治疗方式均能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出患者的疼痛。对改善患者腰椎功能,提高患者治疗后的日常生活能力,都有着很好的效果,两种治疗方式短期随访疗效确定,长期疗效有待研究。
Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Huayu Bushen method on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 146 cases which received treatment for lumbar disc herniation from September 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital were selected. Apotping randomized controlled method; the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huayu Bushen method on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was evaluated.146 patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, and with 73 cases in each group. The observation group received Yiqi Huayu Bushen method. Oatients in the control group took orally Celebrex and Mecobalamin tablets. After 4 to 12 weeks follow-up of two the groups, the total efficiency was compared. Results The total effective rate of the the observation group and the control group was 72.60% and 69.86%, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0.05）.Conclusion the treatment effects of Celebrex and Yiqi Huayu Bushen combined Mecobalamin were well-matched. The two kinds of treat-ments can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation, improve the lumbar function of patients, increase the ability of daily life, and had very good effect. The curative effect of the two kinds of treatments was perfect for the short-term follow-up, while the long-term curative effect need to be studied.
