摘要
目的探讨核心控制训练结合平衡功能训练降低社区老年人跌倒风险的疗效。方法将符合入选条件的64例方庄社区的老年人随机分为两组,对照组32例采用平衡功能训练,治疗组32例采用核心控制训练结合平衡功能训练,两组疗程均为30天,比较两个组治疗前后Berg平衡量表、简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分、"起立-行走"计时测试等指标改善情况。结果进行治疗后,Berg平衡量表得分对照组为(38.5313±3.7069)分,治疗组为(43.0313±6.5868)分;健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)得分对照组为(380.6719±63.7648)分,治疗组为(440.5625±68.4084)分;"起立-行走"计时测试得分对照组为(2.8438±0.6773)分,治疗组为(3.4063±0.5599)分,治疗组与对照组相比较各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论应用核心控制训练结合平衡功能训练能有效降低社区老年人跌倒风险。
Objective To discuss the efficacy on the core control training combined with training of equilibrium function to reduce the fall risk of the elderly in community. Methods 64 cases in Fangzhuang community were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 32 cases used training of equilibrium function. The treatment group of 32 cases received core control training combined with training of equilibrium function.The course of treatment was 30 days.The Berg balance scale, medical outcomes study short form36, and the timed "up & go" to improve situation of the two groups were evaluated. Results The score of Berg balance scale was 38.5313 ±3.7069 in the control group, and 43.0313 ±6.5868 in treatment group;The score of SF-36 was 380.6719 ±63.7648 in the control group, and 440.5625±68.4084 in treatment group;The score of timed " up and go" test was 2.8438 ±0.6773,and 3.4063 ±0.5599 in treatment group.The scores of Berg balance scale,Medical Outcomes Study Short form36, the timed " up & go" with treatment group were raised significantly(P〈0.05) compared to the control group. Conclusion It could significantly reduce the fall risk in elderly with the core control training combined with training of equilibrium function.
