摘要
近年来，随着我国保险市场规模不断扩大，涉诉理赔纠纷案件显著增加，其中不乏复杂疑难案件，须借助于法医学司法鉴定这一路径加以解决。而鉴定结论的科学客观性，有赖于不断推进司法鉴定机构认证认可，并以此为契机，提升鉴定机构资质，增强鉴定人员执业水平，准确把握鉴定时机，合理采用外部信息，以科学客观的鉴定结论为保险理赔问题的解决提供智力支持。
In recent years, with the expanding of China＇ s insurance market, the cases of claims involving lawsuit increase significantly. Some of them which are difficult and complicated cases, should be solved by forensic identification. What＇ s more, the scientificity and objectivity of appraisal conclusion depends on the constant certification and accreditation of the authentication institutions. By this means we shoud improve appraisal agency qualification, enhance professional level, grasp accurately the appraisal time, adopt reasonably external information, and provide intellectual support for solving the problems of insurance claims with scientific and objective appraisal conclusion.
