摘要
有黏结后张预应力钻孔灌注桩技术是针对沿海地区环境,解决建筑物上浮的抗拔桩问题。当前,抗拔桩设计一般采用普通钻孔灌注桩或预制混凝土桩,普通钻孔灌注桩作为抗拔桩,配筋率高、安全性和耐久性低;预制混凝土桩造价高、工期长、安全性低。有黏结后张预应力钻孔灌注桩技术实现了在原来普通钻孔灌注桩中加入高强预应力钢筋的工艺,形成了一整套后张预应力钻孔灌注桩施工方法,实现了桩体下端锚固,降低了抗拔的普通钻孔灌注桩配筋率,解决了一般抗拔桩安全性低的实际问题,提高地下结构的裂缝控制等级和结构的耐久性。通过有黏结后张预应力施工工艺的实施,保证了预应力筋、普通钢筋和混凝土的协同工作。
The technique of post-tensioned prestressed bored cast-in-situ pile is due to the coastal environments and it was aimed to solve the rising problem of uplift pile. Engineers often use bored piles and precast concrete piles when encountering these situations. Considering of the up-lift piles,normal designation are most has a high ratio of reinforcement and a low ratio of safety and durability,another problem is the high cost and long time limit of the project. Based on techniques of common concrete bored piles,post-tensioned prestressed bored cast-in-situ pile was used by adding the high strength prestressed steel bars. It was eventually developed a whole construction method with the anchorage of pile of bottom and low ratio of steel bars of common concrete bored piles. And the problems of common uplift pile safety,the higher level of underground crack control and the durability of structure were also solved.The coordination of pre-stressed steel bars,common steel bars and the concrete was also guaranteed.
