摘要
结合工程地质条件,经桩基类型比选,最后选择加压式嵌岩型长螺旋钻孔压灌桩。介绍了桩机构造及桩机关键部件的验算、成桩施工工艺流程、操作要点及嵌岩质量控制标准。实践证明,加压式嵌岩型长螺旋钻孔压灌桩适用于各种黏土、粉土、砂土及风化基岩埋深不大的地质条件。
According to the geological condition of actual project,the compression type rock socketed long spiral drilling and grouting pile is selected after comparison. This paper introduces the structure and the key parts checking of pile machine for compression type rock socketed long spiral drilling and grouting pile firstly. Then,construction process,operating keys and rock socketing quality standards are pointed out. It is proved that the compression type rock socketed long spiral drilling and grouting pile is applicable in all kinds of clay,silt,sand and the foundation with shallow buried weathered bedrock.
