摘要 主要研究导电橡胶在电子设备密封设计中的选型、设计沟槽、计算压力和安装方式等。简要介绍了垫片密封的密封形式,阐述了橡胶垫片密封原理以及不同压缩量对密封性能的影响,说明了导电橡胶的种类、特点和应用范围,提出了导电橡胶安装时的注意事项。通过实例详细说明了在实际设计中如何选择导电橡胶、计算导电橡胶的换算弹性模量及应力,并设计结构件密封沟槽尺寸和螺钉直径、数量以产生足够压力保证的导电橡胶压缩量,实现密封。通过实验验证该设计方法是科学、有效的。 The method of choosing conductive rubber, designing the seal grooves, calculating the pressure and fixing the conductive rubber is mainly studied in this paper-The gasket sealing type is simply introduced-This paper expounds the rubber seal principle and the influence of different compressive deformation on sealing-Based on the characteristic and application range of various kinds of conductive rubber,the points for attention of fixing conductive rubber are put forward-Taking a portable communication device as an example,it explicates the method of choosing conductive rubber and calculating the conversion elastic modulus and stress of con-ductive rubber-The seal grooves are designed and the diameter and amounts of bolt are calculated in order to generate enough press and make sure conductive rubber compression amount-The experimental results show that the method is scientific and effective.
