摘要
针对普通三板式注射模成型塑件时浪费原材料的缺陷,对流道位置进行了调整,缩短了凝料的长度,缩小了模具外形尺寸,达到缩短注射成型周期和节省原材料的目的。经实际生产验证:改进的模具结构能生产合格的塑件。
In order to save raw materials when forming parts by a ordinary three-plate injection mould, the runner position was adjusted, which has shorten the length of curing plastic and reduced the mould size. Finally, injection forming cycle was shortened and raw materials were well used. The practical production showed that the parts produced by improved mould were qualified.
