摘要 常规游梁式抽油机系统存在效率低、能耗高和设备质量大等问题,为此设计了一种长冲程液压平衡抽油机。该抽油机采用智能控制的电机转向来实现柔性抽油杆的往复直线运动,利用液压马达可换向实现能量的储存与释放,达到平衡悬点载荷的目的,简化了抽油机结构,降低了系统的总能耗。现场试验结果表明,与常规游梁式抽油机相比,长冲程液压平衡抽油机的平均节电率达到25%,泵效率由50%提高到70%以上。 To address the issues of conventional beam pumping unit system like low efficiency, great power consumption and large equipment weight, a long stroke hydraulically balanced pumping unit is designed. The de- signed pumping unit achieves reciprocating linear motion of the flexible sucker rod through intelligently controlled mo- tor reversing. The reversible hydraulic motor could achieve energy storage and release, balance the polished rod load, thus simplifying sults show that, unit could provi the structure of pumping unit and reducing the total energy consumption of the system. Field test re- compared with the conventional beam pumping unit, the long stroke hydraulically balanced pumping de average energy saving rate of 25% , increasing the pump efficiency from 50% to more than 70%.
