高职英语专业生态化课程模式取向与路径——基于浙江中小微企业“复合型”需求视角

摘要 浙江中小微企业调研显示企业所需英语人才的能力并非纯语言技能,而是听说能力与外贸业务的了解、有效沟通的实现、文化冲突的避免、信息搜集意识的具备等融入性要素的"无条件绑定"。基于"复合型"目标定位和语言技能内功能与业务达成外功能的平衡取向,高职英语听说生态化课程模式应注重课程内容指向职业化、课程目标指向综合性、能力训练项目设计指向交际沟通能力、任务型教学实施指向信息搜集处理、课程考核重点指向英语文化能力生成等方面。 Surveys on medium, small, and micro-businesses in Zhejiang show what they need toward English talents is not only language skills, but the unconditional bindings of language skills with foreign trade, communication, avoidance of cultural conflicts, searching for related information etc. Based on the mixed aim and balance orientation between the internal function of language skills and the external function of business achievements, the ecological listening and speaking course model for higher vocational.-college English should direct the course content to professionalism; direct the course target to comprehensiveness; direct the skill-developing projects to communication aims; direct task-Uased learning to information searching and processing aims; direct the course assessment to cultural ability aims.
