摘要
盾构隧道掘进过程中的管片上浮是一种普遍存在且影响施工质量的重要问题。结合工程实例,对黄土地层中盾构管片的上浮原因进行了总结分析,提出为了平衡盾构机机体重力差,预先设置一个千斤顶推力的仰角,并通过有限元数值模拟,分析了不同埋深下的地层作用、浆液浮力、注浆压力差以及千斤顶推力对管片上浮量的影响,得出注浆压力差与千斤顶推力的大小是影响管片上浮的主要原因的结论,并提出合理控制千斤顶推力的大小可起到减轻管片上浮的作用。
The upward moving of.shield tunnel lining is a common issue which will affect the quality of con- struction. Combining with engineering examples, the reasons for the upward moving of lining in the loess strata has been summarized. In order to balance the body gravity difference of shield machine, a elevation of jack thrust will be preset. The factors affecting the upward moving of lining is analyzed by finite element method, such as the effect of formation, the slurry buoyancy, grouting pressure difference and the effect of jack thrust. A conclusion is reached that grouting pressure difference and the effect of jack thrust are the main factors that influent the upward moving of lining, and a reasonable control of the size of the jack thrust will reduce the up- ward moving of lining.
