摘要 根据北方某市节水器具市场的调研情况,选取了6种小便冲洗阀和1种感应式冲洗阀,利用开发的新型试验测试装置,依据《节水型生活用水器具》(CJ164—2002)与《小便冲洗阀》(QB2948—2008)相关规定,对其节水性能进行测试研究。研究结果发现:《非接触式给水器具》(CJ/T194—2004)现行标准对感应小便冲洗阀的工作周期出水量规定较高,水量范围过于宽泛,不能适用于现阶段的节水要求,且没有相关出水峰值流量的概念,使用效果不能有效界定,建议冲洗阀出水峰值流量为0.2~0.3L/s。 The investigation has been carried out on the market of a northern city. Six kinds of flush valve and one sensor flush valve are selected. By using a new experimental test equipment development, according to regulations of "Water-saving Domestic Water Appliances" (CJ-164) and the "Light Industry Standard of Peo- ple' s Republic of China-Urine Flush Valve" ( QB 2948-2008) , testing is performed on its water-saving per- formance. The results showed that it has a higher provision for its duty cycle of induction urine flush valve ac- cording to the current standard of " Non-contact Water Appliances" (CJ/T194-2004), and it is broad in scope, which cannot be applied to water conservation requirements at this stage, and there is no concept of peak flows, the results cannot be effectively defined flushing water valve peak flow 0.2 L/s - 0.3 L/s is rec- ommended.
