摘要
以新鲜采收的荷兰豆(软荚种)为材料,研究保鲜膜(聚乙烯膜)、保鲜膜打孔、保鲜袋(聚乙烯袋)、保鲜袋打孔、乙烯吸收剂包装等5种包装方法对荷兰豆贮藏品质和采后生理的影响。结果表明:不同包装方式对荷兰豆品质和生理的影响存在差异,乙烯吸收剂包装的保鲜效果最好,能显著抑制荷兰豆色泽变化,延缓叶绿素含量和Vc含量的下降,抑制纤维素含量的增加,抑制丙二醛(MDA)的积累,保持较高的好果率及贮藏品质;其次是保鲜膜和保鲜袋包装处理,保鲜膜打孔包装的保鲜效果最差。
The effects of five kinds of packaging methods (polypropylene film, polypropylene film with holes, polypropylene bag, polypropylene bag with holes and ethylene absorbent packaging)on storage quality and postharvest physiology of fresh harvested sweet broad peas were investigated in this study. The results showed that there were evident differences of the effects of different packaging methods on the quality and physiology of peas, the preservation effect of ethylene absorbent packaging was the best, it could significantly inhibit the color change, delay the decrease of contents of chlorophyll and Vc, impress the increase of cellulose content, and inhibit the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA)content, therefore, it could maintain the high rate of good fruit and storage quality. The effects of polypropylene film and polypropylene film bags were better, polypropylene film with holes had the worst effect on storage quality of peas.
