肝内血管相对密度法联合肝脾CT值比值法在脂肪肝定量诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨肝内血管相对密度法结合肝脾CT值比值法在脂肪肝定量诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选取脂肪肝患者200例作为研究对象。所有患者均确诊为非酒精性脂肪肝,对其进行肝脏CT平扫,测量肝脾CT值、肝内血管相对密度指标,根据影像结果及指标比较常规CT值阈值法与肝内血管相对密度法联合肝脾CT值比值法用于脂肪肝定量诊断的准确性。结果:采用联合法定量诊断的准确率为97.00%,确诊率明显高于常规CT值阈值法的91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且不同病情程度的肝CT值及肝血管反转现象发生率存在明显差异,联合法检出敏感度更高。结论:采用肝内血管相对密度法结合肝脾CT比值法可提高螺旋CT对脂肪肝定量分析诊断的能力,具有临床应用及推广价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of intrahepatic vascular relative density method combined with liver and spleen CT value ratio method in quantitative diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods Select 200 patients with fatty liver as the re-search object.All patients were diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver,they achieved liver CT scan of liver,measured CT value,rela-tive density of intrahepatic vascular index,compared accuracy of liver spleen CT valueratio method and intrahepatic vascular relative density method on quantitative diagnosis of fatty liver according to the imaging results.Results The correct rate of quantitative diagnosis by combination method was 97% ,the diagnosis rate was significantly higher than that of conventional CT value threshold method 9 1%,with statistical significance (P〈0.05 ),;and different severity of liver CT value and the incidence of hepatic vascular reversal phenomenon existed obvious difference,joint detection had more sensitive.Conclusion Relative density of intrahepatic vascular method combined with liver and spleen CT ratio method can improve the ability of spiral CT in diagnosis of quantitative fatty liver,it has clini-cal application and popularization value.
