摘要 目的探索"3+2"模式助理全科医生教育中临床思维能力的培养方法。方法通过院校联合办学方式,从临床课教学阶段开始,通过转变教师教学观念,改革教学方法、改变考试模式等,提高学生分析问题、解决问题能力,使其具备较强的独立工作能力,最终取得满意效果。结果 6年来通过院校合作共同培养医学专科毕业生417人,规范化培训嘉定籍助理全科医生98人,初步缓解了本地区基层卫生人才匮乏状况,通过问卷调查用人单位对毕业生的满意度评价,结果显示满意率达96%以上。结论初步形成院校合作办学的"3+2"助理全科医生培养模式,对指导助理全科医生临床教学具有现实意义。 Objective Research the way to develope the clinical thinking ability in the mode of "3+2" general assistant practitioners education, Methods Start from the teaching of clinical courses through the way of running united colleges. Through transformating teaching ideas,reforming teaching methods and changing the examination mode to enhance students" ability of analyzing and solving questions.Equipped students with strong ability to word independently. Thus achieved satisfactory results. Results We have trained 417 junior medical graduates and have standardized trained 98 general assistant practitioners of Jiading nationality by the way of running united colleges. Preliminary alleviate the shortage of medical personnel in this region. The questionnaire revealed that the employers" satisfactionrate to the graduates is more than 96%.Conluaion Preliminary set up the "3+2" general assistant practitioner training mode through the way of running united colleges, which has realistic significance to the guidance of clinical teaching of general" assistant practitioner,
