摘要
目的评价全面质量管理在护理管理中的应用价值,总结有益经验。方法于2013年2月—2014年8月全面质量管理实施前,评测护士安全认知评分与抑郁焦虑评分、医护人员与患者满意度基线评分,实施后复测、对比。结果实施后患者服务与技术、环境与指导、合计满意度评分,护士、医师护理满意度评分高于基线,实施后护士安全认知评分、抑郁与焦虑评分高于基线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于护理管理中实施全面质量管理,确有助于提高护理质量,提高患者满意度,但可能增加护士职业负担。
Objective To evaluate total quality management value in nursing management. Methods To evaluate nurse safety cognition scores and depression anxiety scale, medical staff and patient satisfaction baseline scores, after implementation of retest, contrast. Results Implementation of the patients after service and technology, environment and guidance, total satisfaction ratings, nurse, physician care satisfaction score higher than baseline, after implementing nurse safety cognitive score, depression and anxiety score higher than the baseline, statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing management in implementation of total quality management, it can improve care quality and patient satisfaction, but may increase the burden of nurses.
