摘要
在医院危险药品的管理中,如何充分运用现代管理科学的理论、方法和手段,搞好医院危险药品的管理是亟待研究的问题,也是实际工作中重要的内容。该文首先概述了药品的相关安全问题,分析了医院危险药品管理的特点与现状,最后提出了加强特殊管理的对策:合理保管危险药品、加强药品领用管理、加强危险药品的效期管理、规范使用危险药品的处方权和严格实施药剂人员准入制度。
The management of dangerous drugs in the hospital, how to make full use of modern management science theory, methods and means, improve hospital management of dangerous drugs is urgent research issue, but also an important content of the actual work. This paper provides an overview of issues related to the safety of drugs, analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the hospital management of dangerous drugs, and finally proposed to strengthen the special administrative measures： Reasonable custody of dangerous drugs, strengthen drug recipients management, strengthen the management of dangerous drugs in the period of limitation, specification use the fight prescription of dangerous drugs and strict implementation of the pharmacy staff access system.
