摘要
目的:检验新兵"三段四组升级循环体能训练法"的运用效果,探索新兵体能训练的有效方法。方法:抽取某基地新兵146人分成实验组和对比组,开训前进行摸底测试;后进行为期三个月的新兵体能训练,实验组采用"三段四组升级循环体能训练法",对照组采用常规训练法;训练结束时再进行体能考核。结果:实验组各项成绩大幅提高,合格率大幅提升;而且,实验组各项指标和合格率的提高幅度均明显高于对照组。结论:"三段四组升级循环体能训练法"能有效、全面地提高新兵的身体素质和训练成绩。
Objective: Applying the new physical training method of three segments four groups upgrade cycle to the recruits can ex- plore the physical training effect. Methods: 146 recruits were separated into experimental group and contrast group, and a thorough test was done before the start of training; during three months of recruits physical training, the experimental group adopts the "three segments four groups of upgrade cycle physical training method", the contrast group uses the conventional training method; a physical examination will be done at the end of the training. Results: the scores, indexes and the qualified rate of the experimental group are significantly higher than those in contrast group. Conclusion: the "three segments four groups upgrade cycle" physical training method can effectively and comprehensively improve the physical quality and training performance of recruits.
