摘要 玉米经过蒸汽压片处理后,玉米淀粉分子与蛋白质内部结构均遭到破坏,从而提高淀粉、蛋白质的消化率,提高有机物、干物质、中性洗涤纤维等营养物质的全肠道表观消化率,增加乳产量、乳蛋白率、乳脂肪率,使奶牛泌乳性能得到提高。文章主要介绍蒸汽压片玉米的加工工艺及其对玉米营养水平的影响和蒸汽压片玉米在瘤胃、小肠的消化特性及其在泌乳奶牛生产中的应用。 After dealing with steam-flaked, corn starch molecules and protein structure were destroyed, which increased the digestibility of starch and protein, increased the apparent digestibility of organic matter, dry matter, neutral detergent fiber and other nutrients, increased milk production, milk protein percentage and milk fat percent- age, improved the cow lactation performance. The process of steam-flaked corn, effect of the process on nutrient lev- els, steam-flaked corn digestion characteristics in the rumen and intestinal and steam-flaked corn application in lactating dairy cows were reviewed.
