摘要
目的针对目前一些厂商对手提袋便携功能的忽视及其提手的粗糙设计问题,研究纸包装分体式提手结构的力学性能。方法以手提袋分体式提手结构及塑料片提手结构为研究对象,调整手提袋提绳的a(2个孔洞之间的距离)、c(孔洞离袋上边沿距离)和A、B系列提手的塑料片,找出不同种类提手结构在设计过程中所应注意的尺寸关系。结果手提袋提绳开孔处的撕裂力随着c的增大而增大,但程度会减缓,受a的影响在一定范围内先增加后降低,且撕裂力与纸袋所用材料及其定量有关;塑料片提手的宽度除了能改善人体工程学方面的舒适度外,还在提高承重方面起作用,在实际应用中,对提手强度有主要影响的是提手片材开孔尺寸的大小。结论手提袋提手设计不仅要考虑提手的人体工程学特性,还应在承重方面达到要求。
Targeting at the situation that some manufacturers ignore the portable function and design the handles coarsely, suggestions of scientific handle design were proposed in this paper, and the mechanic property of separated handle structure of paper package was also studies. The experiment on handle structures of different sizes was carded out taking separated handles of paper bags and plastic handles as the research subjects. The parameter a (the distance between the 2 holes) and c (the distance between the hole and the top edge of the bag) of the lift rope of the handbag as well as the plastic sheet of the handle of series A and series B were adjusted to determine the size relationship in handle design. The results showed that the tearing force of the lift rope of the handbag rope at the hole increased with the increase of c value, but the extent of increase tended to slow down. influenced by a value, the tearing force first increased in a certain range and then decreased. The paper materials used and the material quantitation also affected the tearing force. The width of plastic handle can improve ergonomic comfort degree and played a role in improving beating. In practical application, the hole size of the handle sheet had a major impact on the handle strength. In handle design of handbags, both ergonomic properties and load-bearing properties should be considered.
