摘要 提出了一种基于手机信令的道路交通流量状态识别与预测方法,能够基本上满足智能交通建设的数据广域、全面、实时、动态的要求,并提供路况拥堵查询、统计预警分析等功能应用,是一种可靠的实时交通信息采集方式。由于其自身具备投资少、维护成本低的优点,可在短时间向二三线城市大范围推广应用。 A method of road traffic state identification and prediction based on mobile phone signaling was proposed, which is basically able to meet the demands of intelligent transportation construction on wide area, comprehensive, real-time and dynamic data. It is a reliable way to acquire real-time traffic infornaation which is capable of providing traffic condition query and statistical warning analysis. In view of its advantages of less investment and lower maintenance cost, it is suitable to be quickly popularized and applied in second and third-tier cities on a large scale.
