摘要
本研究在分析浸泡乙醇浓度、提取水浴温度、提取负压、提取时间等4个单因素对柞蚕雄蛾浓缩液提取得率影响的基础上,通过正交试验对4因素进行了优化,最终确定柞蚕雄蛾浓缩液最佳提取工艺条件为:95%食用酒精在水浴温度60℃、提取负压-0.09 MPa的条件下提取4 h。该提取工艺条件下柞蚕雄蛾浓缩液得率19.09%,浓缩液清澈透明、感观品质好、脂肪含量低,可直接加工成保健品服用或用于勾兑雄蚕蛾酒及饮料等。
Based on the effect analysis of 4 single factors including ethanol concentrate, water bath tem- perature, extracting negative pressure and time on the extraction rate, an orthogonal experimental was designed to optimize the extraction technology. The optimum extraction conditions were extracting for 4 hours with 95 % ethanol (v/v) as solvent in 60℃ water bath and under - 0.09 Mpa. Under the optimum conditions,the ex- traction rate was 19.09%, and the concentrated extract of tussah male moth was clear and transparent with bet- ter sensory quality and lower fat content, so it could be processed into tonic product directly or used to produce blended wine.
