摘要
红河油田增压站多采用单螺杆混输泵进行增压,由于部分运行压力较高的增压站内混输泵故障率较高,影响了油田的正常生产。针对此问题,分析了单螺杆混输泵故障率高的原因,对改善增压站运行效果的方法进行了研究。建议尽快开展相关试验,验证提高单螺杆混输泵适应性方法的可行性及适用性,以便于推广;根据现场已开展的其他试验结果,高产气量增压站可考虑采用双螺杆混输泵或气液分别增压后混输的方式,低产气量增压站可采用隔膜泵进行增压。
Single screw multi-phase pumps are mostly used in booster stations of Honghe oilfield. At some stations whose op-erating pressure is higher than the others,the single screw multi-phase pumps have high failure rate,which interfere with the nor-mal production. With respect to the issue,reasons for the failure of single screw multi-phase pumps were analyzed,and the study on improvement measures for the operating efficiency of booster stations was followed. It is proposed to carry out the field test as soon as possible to verify the feasibility of measures for improving the single screw pump’ s applicability,and in order to promote. According to the results of other field tests that have been developed,it can be considered that booster stations with high gas pro-duction can use double screw multi-phase pumps or adopt the method of respectively boosting of oil and gas before transported as mixture,and to use the membrane pump at booster stations with little gas.
