摘要
目的研究分析运用中医内科治疗模式对慢性支气管炎患者进行治疗,意在提高慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选择2013年12月—2014年12月之间该院接收治疗的64例慢性支气管炎患者作为临床试验研究的对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组32例患者接收西医治疗方案;实验组32例患者给予中医治疗方案。两组患者均持续治疗5 W,而后对比分析两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者的总有效率为100.00%,对照组患者的总有效率为81.25%,经对比,对照组患者的总有效率明显低于实验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗后,实验组无任何患者出现不良反应,不良反应发生率为0.00%;对照组不良反应发生率为1.56%。实验组患者的不良反应发生率相较于对照组,明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性支气管炎患者给予中医内科治疗方案能够有效提高其临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床中广泛应用。
Objective To study the use of Chinese Medicine Department of internal medicine analysis treatment mode for the treatment of the patients with chronic bronchitis, intended to improve the clinical curative effect of chronic bronchitis.Method Selec t 2013 December -2014 year in December between 64cases of chronic bronchitis patients in our hospital to receive treatment as the object of this clinical trial study, they were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 32 patients receiving Western medicine treatment; 32 cases in the experimental group patients were given TCM treatment plan. Two groups of patients continued treatment of 5W, and then a comparative analysis of the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups of patients the incidence of.Results The experimental group total effectiveness is 100%,patients in the control group the total effective rate was 81.25%, by contrast,patients in the control group the total efficiency was significantly lower than the experimental group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;after treatment, the experimental group and no patient had adverse reactions,adverse reaction rate 0%; the control group incidence rate of adverse reaction was 1.56%. The adverse reaction rate of the patients in the experimental group compared with control group, obviously low, with significant difference（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe chronic bronchitis patients given to traditional Chinese Medicine Department of internal medicine treatment scheme can increase the clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction, and is worthy of wide clinical application.
