摘要
使用脱硫石膏做原料,利用动态水热法制备α-半水石膏,通过测定试样的XRD、TG-DSC、粒度等微观性能以及试样中α-半水石膏含量,分析蒸压制度的影响。结果表明,利用动态水热法制备α-半水石膏的时候,石膏的相转变温度在105-110℃之间,但是130℃以上转变速率较快;在130℃蒸压时完全转变成为半水石膏需要3 h左右;料浆浓度20%-30%之间,搅拌棒速率控制在150 r/min左右,对石膏的粒径分布较好。
This paper studied to prepare α-calcium sulfate hemihydrate using desulfurization gypsum with dynamic hydrothermal method. XRD, TG-DSC, particle size, the content of α-calcium sulfate hemihydrate and other properties of micro were tested to analyse influence of preparation system. The results show that the phase transition temperature is between 105-110 ℃, the rate of phase transition will accelerate when the temperature is above 130 ℃. It will cost about 3 h that calcium sulfate dihyrate turns into calcium sulfate hemihydrate. The slurry concentration between 20%-30% and the stirring rod rate controlled in 150 r/min are good for the distribution of gypsum particle size.
