摘要
目的:探讨白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、C反应蛋白(CRP)在呼吸道感染患儿血浆中的表达及其临床意义。方法:选取2009年7月至2013年6月呼吸道感染患儿75例,依据感染类型分为病毒组、支原体组、细菌组,选取同期体检中心健康儿童75例作为对照组,所有受试者采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-5、CRP水平,采用ROC曲线分析IL-5、CRP对小儿呼吸道细菌感染的诊断价值。结果:感染组患儿血清IL-5、CRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在IL-5、CRP水平方面,细菌组>支原体组>病毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,IL-5对小儿呼吸道细菌感染诊断特异度为63.28%,敏感度为72.59%,准确度为74.72%;CRP特异度为67.25%,敏感度为78.16%,准确度为81.26%;IL-5、CRP联合检测特异度为78.54%,敏感度为84.29%,准确度为93.19%。结论:血清IL-5、CRP均可作为小儿呼吸道细菌感染的重要诊断指标,两者联合检测具有更高的特异度、敏感度、准确度。
Objective: To study the plasma expression and clinical significance of interleukin-5( IL-5) and C-reactive protein( CRP)levels in children with respiratory infection. Methods: Seventy-five children with respiratory infection from July 2009 to June 2013 were selected as infection group,on the basis of virus infection types,they were classified into three groups: virus group,mycoplasma group,bacteria group,75 healthy children were selected as control group in the same period,levels of IL-5 and CRP were detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent method,the diagnostic value of IL-5 and CRP to children with respiratory infection was analyzed by ROC curve.Results: The IL-5 and CRP levels of infection group were higher than the control group,the difference was significant( P<0. 05). In terms of IL-5 and CRP levels,bacteria group > mycoplasma group > virus group,the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). By ROC curve analysis,the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of IL-5 in children with respiratory infection was 63. 28%,72. 59% and74. 72% respectively,and the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of CRP was 67. 25%,78. 16% and 81. 26% respectively,and the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of combinative examination of IL-5 and CRP was 78. 54%,84. 29% and 93. 19% respectively.Conclusion: IL-5 and CRP levels are both important diagnostic indices of children with respiratory infection,and the combinative examination has higher specificity,sensitivity and accuracy.
