通过分析仪器分析课程的特点,对该课程的教学内容和方法进行研究,建立适合食品科学相关专业仪器分析课程的教学模式,需要借助信息技术和研究性实验教学,以获得较好的教学效果。
The teaching reforms of instrumental analysis are explored according to the speciality characteristics, such as adjusting course contents, devising teaching methods. The proper teaching model for the speciality is developed. It is necessary to use modem information technology and develop research-like experiments in experimental teaching to acquired good teaching effect.
