摘要
骨折愈合是一个极其复杂的生物学修复过程,目前已发现多种促进骨折愈合的物质,其中研究较多的为生长因子。近年来,由于基因工程技术和分子生物学技术的发展,通过基因技术将相关的目的基因通过载体导入靶细胞,通过表达特定的生长因子蛋白促进骨折愈合为当前研究的热点。国内外大量实验证实基因治疗可以促进骨折的愈合,为骨折愈合提供了新的途径。
Fracture healing is an extremely complex biological repair process,and so far a variety of sub-stances has been found to promote fracture healing, among which the growth factors are more studied.In recent years,due to the development of genetic engineering and molecular biology technology,transducting the target gene into target cells by a carrier to promote healing through the expression of specific growth factor is currently a hot spot in the research field .A large number of domestic and international experiments con-firmed that the gene therapy can promote fracture healing, providing a new way for fracture healing.
