螺旋榨油机闭环控制系统的设计

摘要 针对传统的螺旋榨油机压榨植物油时存在自动化程度低、出油品质低等问题,通过对螺旋榨油机压榨原理、压榨系统进行分析,设计了一套基于PLC的螺旋榨油机闭环控制系统。结果表明,该螺旋榨油机的自动化程度得到很大提高,榨膛内的压榨温度和压榨力得到了有效的控制,具有较强的抗干扰性、响应速度快、调节时间短等特点,该系统是一种适合实际生产的螺旋榨油机控制系统。 The traditional screw press have many disadvantages,such as the degree of automation is low,the quality of oil is low. Through research on oil principle and mechanical structure of the screw press, a set of screw press automatic closed-loop control system that based on PLC control method was designed. Results showed that the degree of automation of the screw press was greatly improved, the temperature and press force in the chamber has been effectively controlled,the control system has stronger anti-jamming, fast response,short setting time, screw press automatic colsed-loop control system was a kind of suitable for actual production control system.
