循证医学在超声诊断教学中的应用探讨 被引量:5

摘要 医学影像学是当前整个医学领域中知识更新最快的学科之一,超声诊断学的学习,不仅需要扎实的理论知识和丰富的图片、视频材料,一种良好的临床思维方式的建立,对学生理解知识及将来临床工作能力的培养更加至关重要。循证医学就是遵循证据的医学,其核心思想是任何医疗决策都应建立在最佳临床科学研究证据基础上,而不是以理论推导或个人经验为依据^([1])。本研究将循证思想应用到超声医学教学中,改革教学方法,其教学模式主要包括提出临床问题,查找证据,严格评价证据,应用证据对实践结果的再评价。 Pick to: medical imaging is currently one of the fastest update the knowledge in the field of medicine discipline, ultrasound diagnostics of learning, not only need solid theoretical knowledge and rich images, video material, the establishment of a good way of clinical thinking, for students to understand the knowledge and the cultivation of clinical ability to work in the future is more crucial. Evidence-based medicine is to follow the evidence medicine, its core idea is any medical decision-making should be based on the best clinical research evidence, rather than based on theoretical derivation or personal experience in. This study apply evidence- based thinking to ultrasonic medical teaching, reform teaching methods, the teaching mode mainly includes clinical questions, to find the evidence, the strict evaluation of evidence, and the result of the practice of evidence is applied in the evaluation.
