摘要
目的探讨风险管理在儿科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年6月—2014年6月于我院就诊的儿科患者共200例,随机分为实验组和对照组各100例,研究风险管理在儿科护理管理中的应用。结果实施风险管理组患儿家属满意度较对照组明显增加,医患纠纷发生率明显下降,差异有统计学意义。结论风险管理有利于促进良好医患关系,提高患儿家属满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of risk management in the application in pediatric nursing. Methods Choose pediatric patients a total of ：200 cases in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014; which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each group so as to explore the risk management in the application in pediatric nursing. Results Comparing with the control group, children＇ s family satisfaction was significantly increased and the incidence of medical disputes were decreased in the risk management group. The difference of the two group was meaningful of statistic. Conclusion Risk management is conductive to the promotion of doctor-patient relationship and to improve children＇ s family satisfaction.
