摘要
通过对稻壳粒度大小、灼烧温度以及进风量等单因素试验,研究不同条件对稻壳灼烧灰分含量的影响;采用正交旋转组合优化设计,确定稻壳灼烧灰分产率最低时的反应条件。结果表明,当稻壳粒径0.5—0.6mm,采用先低温(300℃)后高温(900℃)的灼烧方式,且进风量为130L/min时,得到稻壳的灰分产率为20.06%,达到最好的灼烧效果。
Study the influence of different conditions on rice husk burning ash content. Based on rice husk, calcination temperature and size into single factor experiment, such as air volume and use the orthogonal rotational combinatorial optimization design, the best condition of rice husk burns to achieve the best effect. Results show that when rice husk crushing particle size to 0.5-0.6 mm, calcination temperature is 300 ℃ than 900 ℃, into the air volume is 130 L/min, the rice husk ash and yield was 20.06%, has the burning of best effect.
