摘要 [目的]研究盐胁迫对银柴胡药材产量和活性成分相对含量及积累量的影响,以明确盐胁迫对银柴胡药材产量和质量的影响效应,为银柴胡的规范化栽培提供理论依据。[方法]盆栽控盐试验栽培柴胡一年生幼苗,土壤盐含量设置为2、3、4 g/kg 3个水平;利用紫外分光光度法测定银柴胡药材中总黄酮和总皂苷的相对含量,并结合产量计算其积累量。[结果]随着土壤中NaCl含量的增加,银柴胡药材产量呈现逐渐下降的趋势;药材中总黄酮和总皂苷相对含量呈现逐渐升高的趋势,而其积累量呈先升高后降低的趋势。[结论]盐胁迫显著提高银柴胡药材产量、总黄酮和总皂苷的含量,当土壤盐含量为3 g/kg时,银柴胡药材总黄酮和总皂苷积累量均较高,有利于银柴胡药材的优质高产栽培。 [Objective] To study effect of salt stress on yield,the relative content of effective components and it's accumulation of -Stellaria dichotoma. [Methods] A pot experiment was conducted to plant one year old Stellaria dichotoma seedlings,NaC1 stress had 3 levels of 2,3,4 g/kg.The relative content of total flavoue and total saponin in S. dlchotoma was determined using ultraviolet speetrophotometry. [Results] The results showed that with the increase of NaC1 content in soil,medicinal material yield of Stellaria diehotoma showed a trend of gradual decline.The relative contents of total flavonoids and total saponins in medicinal materials showed a trend of increased,and its accumulation was reduced after the first rise trend. [Conclusion] Salt stress significandy improved medicinal material production and the content of total flavonoids and total saponins of Stellaria dichotoma,when the soil salt content was 3 g/kg,silver bupleurum medicinal material accumulation of total flavonoids and total saponins were higher, and was advantageous to the high quality and high yield of Stellaria dichotoma cultivation.
