摘要
为避免加工过程中出现意外的干涉及碰撞情况,在开放式数控系统PA的基础上,针对3PRS并联机构搅拌摩擦焊机床,开发了具有虚拟加工功能的数控系统。虚拟加工功能采用MFC编程并基于Open GL库实现,构件模型数据直接取自机床零件的3维模型数据,位置数据取自数控系统CNC的驱动轴实时数据,因而可以准确地仿真出机床的实际运动情况。
To avoid unexpected interference and eollision during machining process,a CNC system with virtual machining function for a parallel meehanisnl friction stir welding machine is developed based oll open structure CNC system PA. The simulation function is compiled by MFC and realized by OpenGL libra.,the contour data of the moving eomponents come from their real 3D module,and the position data is obtained from the real time data of CNC actuators. Therefore,the actual motion of machine tool ean be precisely simulated.
