Review and Prospect of Field Emission Cathodes and the Applications

摘要 本文综述了Spindt阴极、碳纳米管、碳纤维等场发射阴极的发展历史及国内外最新研究进展,以及以场发射阴极作为电子源,在行波管、X射线管、显示器件、太赫兹真空器件及真空纳米三极管中应用的发展情况。根据场发射阴极研究现状,分别分析了场发射阴极各自具有的优势,以及其在电子器件中应用存在的问题,并探讨了相应的改进措施。 The historic developments of some field emission cathodes such as Spindt cathode, carbon nanotube cathode, carbon fiber cathode and their applications in microwave vacuum device, X-ray tube, flat panel display, THz vacuum device and vacuum nano-transistor are presented. The strengths of field emission cathodes and the difficulties in applications of flied emission cathodes are also analyzed and the corresponding solutions are suggested.
