提高钢包自动开浇率的研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 钢包自动开浇对钢水纯净度有严重影响,本文分析了影响钢包自动开浇的主要原因,通过采取改善引流砂质量、加入方式、上水口情况、引流砂的烘烤、精炼冶炼时间及标准化操作程度等措施,成功解决了钢包自动开浇问题,使通钢薄板坯生产线钢包自动开浇率达到了99.86%以上。 Ladle pouring has serious impact on the purity of molten steel .This paper analyzes the main reasons which affect the automatic ladle pouring .Through taking such measures as improving drainage sand quality , adding method , condition of upper nozzle , drainage sand baking smelting and refining time, and standard operation level and so on , the problem of the automatic ladle pouring is successfully resolved, and thin slab production line automatic pouring rate reached more than 99.86%.
