摘要
目的调查分析任丘市城乡老年居民血脂异常的发生情况及其危险因素。方法采用整群随机抽样法,以任丘市60～70岁的常住居民为筛查对象,共纳入5010例,男性2163例,女性2847例,对入选者进行面对面健康问卷调查、人体测量和实验室检测。采用多因素logistic回归分析血脂异常危险因素。结果 5010例入选者中,总血脂异常、高TC、高TG、低HDL-C和高LDL-C的患病率分别为53.3%、31.1%、35.4%、7.4%和19.0%。女性血脂异常（62.9%vs 40.6%）、高TC（39.5%vs 20.0%）、高TG（43.1%vs 25.2%）、高LDL-C（24.1%vs 12.2%）的患病率明显高于男性（P〈0.05）。多因素logistic回归分析提示,超重、腹型肥胖、吸烟、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平、收缩压及尿酸为总血脂异常的独立危险因素（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论任丘地区60～70岁老年居民血脂异常患病率高,需积极开展宣教和定期筛查等,以有效控制血脂异常,有效防控心脑血管事件。
Objective To investigate the incidence of dyslipidemia and its risk factors in Renqiu urban and rural elderly residents of Hebei Province.Methods A total of 5010 Renqiu permanent residents（2163males and 2847females）aged 60-70 years were included in this study.They underwent face to face investigation with health questionnaires,anthropometric measurement,and laboratory test.Risk factors for dyslipidemia were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The incidence of total dyslipidemia,high TC,high TG,LDL-C and HDL-C was53.3%,31.1%,35.4%,7.4%,and 19.0 % respectively in the investigated residents.The incidence of total dyslipidemia,high TC,high TG,and HDL-C was significantly higher in females than in males（62.9% vs 40.6%,39.5% vs 20.0%,43.1% vs 25.2%,24.1% vs 12.2%,P〈0.05）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that overweight,abdominal obesity,smoking,FPG,insulin level,SBP and UA were the independent risk factors for dyslipidemia（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The incidence of dyslipidemia is high in 60-70 years old Renqiu residents,active propaganda and regular screening are thus necessary in order to effectively control dyslipidemia and cardio-cerebrovascular events.
