摘要
教师生命的本质乃是活在师生关系之中,教师总是在师生交往的关系结构中来显明自我作为教师存在的价值,优秀的教师活在师生交往的优秀品质之中。为了使教师的行为产生足够的教育意义,教师必须站在与学生的关系之中,来选择合理的教育行动,由此而形成教师向着学生的实践姿态。最大限度地促成学生生命的自我成全,恰恰是对教师自身生命的成全。尽力地成全,尽力地解放,以促进生命与社会的进步,这是今日教师精神的灵魂所在。
The essence of teachers' life is living in the relationship between teachers and students. Teachers always manifest the value of self-existence as teachers in the relational structure of teacherstudent communication. Excellent teachers live in the excellent quality of teacher-student communication. In order to make teachers' behavior create enough educational meaning, teachers should stay in the relationship with students to choose reasonable education action to form the practical attitude of teachers toward students. To maximize the promotion of self-fulfilled life of students is precisely fulfilling teachers' life. Trying their best to fulfill students' life and liberate students to promote the progress of life and society is the soul of teachers' spirit in the present.
