摘要 目的探讨Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗大面积烧伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析解放军159全军烧伤中心2011年1月至2014年1月大面积烧伤患者60例,按照植皮技术不同分为两组,对照组(微粒皮组)30例采用大张异种皮+微粒皮移植术,实验组(Meek组)30例采用Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗大面积烧伤。分别统计手术植皮面积、愈合时间、植皮成功率、创面成痂时间、换药次数及术后7d细菌检出率。结果 Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗特大面积烧伤早期成痂时间短,治疗中换药次数少于微粒皮组(P<0.01),手术植皮面积较微粒皮组小(P<0.01),但愈合时间及成功率明显高于微粒皮组(P<0.01),创面细菌检出率低于微粒皮组(P<0.05)。结论对于大面积烧伤患者,Meek植皮术联合悬浮床运用,早期成痂快,手术效果显著,换药次数减少,抑菌效果较好,值得临床推广。 Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of Meek skin grafting combined with suspension bed of treating large area burn. Methods Clinical date of 60 cases large area burn pa- tients who were treated in the People's Liberation 159 Army Burn Center from January 2011 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, and according to the different treatment, patients were divided into two groups, control group adopted large heterogeneous and skin graft, the ex- perimental group(Meek group) took the Meek skin grafting combined suspension bed method. Area of skin graft, healing time, graft success rate, wound dry scab time, dressing change times and the occurrence rate of bacteria after 7 clays of two groups were compared. Results Wound dry scab time of experimental group was significantly shorter than control group, change dressing times was less than control group, skin graft surgery area, healing time, success rate were significantly higher than control group (P〈0. 01), and skin wound bacteria detection rate was lower than the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Meek skin grafting combined with suspension bed can make the scab dry earlier, and have remarkable operation effect, and can reduce change dressing times, and have better bacteriostatic effect for patients with large area burn and worth to popularize in clinic.
