焊后不同回火时间对高铬熔覆层组织及性能的影响

Effect of Post-weld Tempering Time on Microstructure and Property of High Cr Surfacing Cladding Layer

摘要 利用高铬药芯焊丝对35钢进行堆焊,堆焊后对各试样分别采取直接空冷和焊后400℃×(1、2、4)h回火处理,通过金相显微镜观察、断口扫描以及磨损试验对焊后不同处理条件下的熔覆层组织、断口形貌以及耐磨性能进行对比分析。结果表明:焊后不同处理条件下的熔覆层组织、断口形貌以及耐磨性能具有较大的差异。焊后空冷条件下熔覆层主要为粗大的片状马氏体,冲击韧性及耐磨性较差;焊后随回火时间的延长,粗大的片状马氏体逐渐减少,细小的板条回火马氏体逐渐增多,同时韧性及耐磨性提高;当焊后回火条件为400℃×4 h时,熔覆层全部转变为细小的板条回火马氏体,韧性较好,耐磨性较高。 The surfacing welding experiment was carried out by taking 35 steel materials as matrix by using high Cr flux-cored wire. The specimens were air cooled directly and tempered at 400 ℃×(1, 2, 4) h,respectively after welding,. Then,the test of microstructure,toughness and wear resistance for surfacing cladding layer was carried out.The results show that there is large difference of surfacing cladding layer under different post treatment. A large amount of thick plate martensite appears in surfacing cladding layer after cooling, at the same time, the toughness and wear resistance are lower. With the increase of tempering time, the thick plate martensite of cladding layer decreases and the lath tempered martensite increases gradually, meanwhile, the toughness and wear resistance of the surfacing cladding layer improve. When the tempering condition is 400 ℃×4 h, the microstructure of the cladding layer transforms into small plate strips of tempered martensite, and it has preferable toughness and higher wear resistance.
