液相色谱质谱测定中甲醇乙腈对农药响应的影响 被引量:10

Influence of methanol and acetonitrile on pesticides response by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 在等度洗脱条件下,分别用甲醇和乙腈作液相色谱/串联质谱法(LC/M S/M S)测定有机流动相,考查了35种农药的质谱响应差异。同样有机相占比和流速时,相较于甲醇,乙腈洗脱力更强,疏水性相对强的农药出峰更快。各农药在甲醇和乙腈中出峰时间差存在差异,出峰早的农药差异小,出峰晚的农药差异大。相较于乙腈,甲醇可增加农药的质谱峰面积响应。甲醇对用加氢峰测定农药质谱峰面积响应增加最大,对用加铵峰测定农药质谱峰面积响应增加次之,对用负离子模式测定农药质谱峰面积响应增加较小。 In this study, the response differences of 35 kinds of pesticides were investigated in the isocratic elution conditions and when methanol and acetonitrile were chosen respectively as the organic mobile phase for liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) determination. Compared with methanol, acetonitrile elution force was stronger, and so the more hydrophobic pesticides were eluted faster when the organic phase ratio and flow rate were the same. The retention time differences among the studied pesticides were significant when the methanol and acetonitrile were chosen as the organic mobile phase, respectively. Specially, the differences of elution times for the pesticideseluted faster were small, while the differences of the pesticides eluted slower were relatively big. Furthermore, Compared with acetonitrile, when the methanol was as the organic mobile phase, the MS peak area of the studied pesticides increased in varying degrees . The peak area increase of the hydrogenation adduct was the largest, the increase of the ammonium adduct peak was second, the increase of t the negative ion was the least.
