摘要
针对铸造用热处理炉温度的动态响应延迟和滞后的特点,本文基于综合式自校正PID原理,利用自校正PID控制器对热处理炉温控系统进行串级控制再设计,并设计了二级调节器的串级温度控制系统。结果表明,综合式自校正PID串级温度控制系统可以有效地提高热处理炉温度控制系统的稳定性并改善了系统的鲁棒性,优于传统的PID控制方法。
Aimed at the characteristics of the delay and lag of the dynamic response of the temperature reheat thermal power plant, based on the integrated self-tuning PID principle, this paper used the integrated self-tuning PID controller to redesign the cascade control of the temperature control system of the reheater for the thermal power plant. W The results show that the temperature control system for the reheater fo the thermal power plant using the integrated self-tuning PID can effectively improve the stability of the reheater temperature control system and improve the robustness of the temperature control system, and this control method is obviously superior to the traditional PID control method.
