摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗首发精神分裂症的效果,为精神疾病中西医治疗提供参考和依据。方法:选取首发住院精神分裂症患者36例,采取中西医结合治疗,并与同期同类型单用西药的36例作比较,采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)和阴性症状量表(SANS)评定疗效。结果:观察组总有效率94.44%,对照组83.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的BPRS和SANS各因子分及总分低于对照组患者(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗首发精神分裂症疗效显著,可供临床借鉴。
Objective： To discuss effects of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treatment the of first- episode schizophrenia,and to provide the reference and basis for integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of mental illness. Methods： 36 cases of first- episode schizophrenia inpatients received the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment（ as observation group）,while the other 36 cases at the same period accepted the single Western medicine treatment（ as control group）. The effects were evaluated with brief psychiatric rating scale（ BPRS） and scale for assessment of negative symptoms（ SANS）. Results：The total efficiency of experimental group was 95. 95%,that of control group was 89. 02%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the factor scores and total scores of BPRS and SANS of observation group were lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of first- episode schizophrenia is significantly effective,and can be used for clinical reference.
