摘要
马鞍山市"以港兴市"战略,是适应形势发展需要做出的战略抉择。实施"以港兴市"战略的切入点在郑蒲港,其后发优势、综合交通优势和政策叠加优势凸显。为做响"以港兴市"战略,应培育临港产业,力促马鞍山市的"转型升级";拓展港口腹地,开展港港合作,实现马鞍山市的"加快发展";提高港口综合服务水平,打造马鞍山市"对外开放高地"。
The strategy to Thrive the City by the Port in City of Manashan is one of the strategic decisions in need of the development situation. The breakthrough in the strategy is to be chosen at the Zhengpu Port that is characteristics of af- terward advantages, comprehensive advantages in traffic and addictive advantages in policy. For the expected achievements in the performance of this strategy, the City is supposed to develop industries nearing the Port for the promotion of its transformation and upgrading, enlarge the central land of the Port for the port to port cooperation in activities of speeding up the development, and enhance the comprehensive service level of the Port for the development of the highland open to the world in the City.
