摘要
目的了解日照市居民碘盐、尿碘现状,为科学补碘提供基础资料与科学依据。方法 2014年10~12月在日照市东港区、岚山区,对居民食用盐加碘情况进行随机调查;在东港区、岚山区、莒县、五莲县对8~10岁儿童尿碘水平、孕妇尿碘水平、哺乳妇女尿碘水平等进行随机抽样调查。结果收集居民食用盐109份,其食用盐中碘盐合格率为93.62%,非碘盐率为13.76%,碘盐覆盖率为86.24%,居民户合格碘盐食用率为80.73%;收集8~10岁儿童尿样913份,其尿碘分布范围为1.50~877.63μg/L,中位数为129.74μg/L;收集孕妇尿样220份,其尿碘分布范围为7.50~712.73μg/L,中位数为106.82μg/L,莒县、东港区孕妇尿碘中位数低于100μg/L;采集哺乳妇女尿样201份,其尿碘分布范围为2.93~617.82μg/L,其中位数为114.88μg/L,莒县、岚山区哺乳妇女尿碘中位数低于100μg/L。结论日照市居民食用盐的碘盐覆盖率与居民户合格碘盐食用率均低于GB 16006-2008碘缺乏病消除标准要求;8~10岁儿童尿碘水平达到GB 16006-2008碘缺乏病消除标准要求,处于适宜水平。
Objective To understand the current status of salt iodine and urinary iodine in Rizhao city,so as to provide the scientific basis for iodine supplementation. Methods During October-December,2014,a random survey was conducted on iodine fortification in edible salt in Donggang and Lanshan districts,and a random sampling survey on status of iodine in urine of children at the age of 8-10 years old,pregnant women,and lactating women in Donggang district,Lanshan district,Ju county,and Wulian county of Rizhao city. Results Of 109 samples collected,the pass rate of iodized salt in edible salt was 93.62% ,the rate of non-iodized salt 13.76% ,the covering rate of iodized salt 86.24% and the edible rate of certified iodized salt 80.73% in 109 collecting edible salt among the residents in Rizhao city. the median of iodine in u- rine of children aged 8-10 years old was 129.74μg/L,their distribution ranged 1.50-877.63 μg/L of urinary iodine of 913 children's urine samples, the median of iodine in urine of pregnant women was 106.82 μg/L and their distribution ranged 7. 50-712.73 μg/L of urinary iodine of 220 pregnancy urine samples,with less than 100 μg/L of the median of iodine in urine of pregnant women of Ju county and Donggang district, the median of iodine in urine of lactating women was 114.88 μg/L and their distribution ranged 2.93-617.82 μg/L of urinary iodine of 201 lactating women urine samples with less than 100 μg/L of the median of iodine in urine of lactating women of Ju County and Lanshan district. Conclusion The covering rate of iodized salt and the edible rate of certified iodized salt is lower than GB 16006-2008 in the standard of elimination of iodine deficiency disorders. Iodine in urine of children aged 8-10 years old of Rizhao city is at the right level meeting the requirements of GB 16006-2008 in the standard of elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.
