摘要
RCC重力坝温控一直是工程施工中必须重视的关键问题,施工中常采取冷却水管等温控措施,冷却水管一般多通过人工经验或简单计算估算通水参数,不仅易造成冷却过度或冷却不足而导致混凝土内部出现温度裂缝,而且冷却成本一般较高。针对上存RCC重力坝施工中的冷却水管进行优化分析,通过APDL优化方法计算出的通水参数更加合乎工程实际情况,并提出智能冷却水管控制方法,为当今坝工科研界和工程界摸索出些许宝贵的技术经验。
Attention must be paid to temperature control in the construction of RCC Gravity Dams,which usually take measures such as cooling pipes.The key parameters are generally setting manually,that made it lose efficiency and cost more.This paper proposed the intelligent control of cooling pipe and optimization research on the key parameters of cooling pipes in construction based on APDL,which is a better way to copy the actual circs.It also has the advantage of high efficiency and makes the results more practical and reasonable.
